Avondale Medical Center (AMC) is an adult primary care, private practice located in the West Valley. Our practice provides health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
AMC was established in 2014. It is located in the La Jolla Plaza on Van Buren Street in Avondale. Dr. Malhotra wanted to expand his individualized health care and On-site Lab to the city of Avondale. AMC is a brand-new practice and is welcoming new patients from the nearby community.

AMC manage the health and wellness of patients ranging from 18 through the senior years. We emphasize preventive medicine such as immunizations and evaluation of risk factors for future medical problems. Our practice use an Electronic Health Record system to assure that our patients receive the best security and privacy. We update your medical records by communicating with the care you receive from various specialists, inpatient hospitals, and emergency rooms. Our medical assistants and receptionists speak fluent Spanish if there is a need. Our staff can be easily contacted for any questions on medical records, prescription refills, referrals, and appointment issues.
Our practice has certified on-site Lab, Echo machine, ultrasound machines as a convenience for our patients. To deliver efficient and effective medical care we provide many common health screenings including blood work, urine tests, strep cultures, Influenza (Flu), pregnancy and other diagnostic lab work. Our Echo/ultrasound machine allows us to diagnose blood clots, heart failure, as well as other medical conditions.
We understand that our patient’s time is valuable, therefore our on-site facilities allow our care providers to diagnose and treat most illnesses in one visit.
