Buckeye Medical Center (BMC) and Avondale Medical Center (AMC) are adult primary care, private practices located in the West Valley. Our practices provide health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
BMC is located in the center of the historic town of Buckeye among a thriving community. BMC is one of the top primary care facilities in the area and is dedicated to serving the community. We have a wide patient outreach as we provide health care services to individuals from Goodyear, Tolleson, and Yuma. BMC has been in business for over seven years.
AMC was recently established in 2014. It is located in the La Jolla Plaza on Van Buren Street in Avondale. Dr. Malhotra wanted to expand his individualized health care and On-site Lab to the city of Avondale. AMC is a brand new practice and is welcoming new patients from the nearby community.

BMC and AMC both manage the health and wellness of patients ranging from 18 through the senior years. We emphasize preventive medicine such as immunizations and evaluation of risk factors for future medical problems. Our practices use an Electronic Health Record system to assure that our patients receive the best security and privacy. We update your medical records by communicating with the care you receive from various specialists, inpatient hospitals, and emergency rooms. Our medical assistants and receptionists speak fluent Spanish if there is a need. Our staff can be easily contacted for any questions on medical records, prescription refills, referrals, and appointment issues.
Both practice locations have a certified On-site Lab, Echo machine, X-ray, and DEXA machine as a convenience for our patients. To deliver efficient and effective medical care we provide many common health screenings including blood work, urine tests, strep cultures, Influenza (Flu), Pregnancy and other diagnostic lab work. Our Echo machine and X-Ray Room allows us to diagnose blood clots, fractures, pneumonia, heart failure, as well as other medical conditions. The bone density testing with a full body DEXA machine helps us diagnose patients with Osteoporosis.
We understand that our patient’s time is valuable, therefore our on-site facilities allow our care providers to diagnose and treat most illnesses in one visit.
